Event Vendor Fee
Fee for participating as a vendor at Trellis & Vine events. $45 for a single booth and taking your own payments. $25 for us taking payments, with Trellis & Vine taking 30% of payment as commission. Taxes added at checkout. Payments to be picked up on December 2nd when funds are available.
Table and chair rental for the day of the event to be collected with the final payment at set-up:
$10/table - limit 1 table/vendor
$5/chair - limit 2 chairs/vendor
$15 for a set of table and 2 chairs

Shipping
In-Store Pick-Up (Preferred)
- An email will be sent when your order has been fulfilled (usually within 1-3 business days). Please bring your confirmation email when picking up your order. If you would like to do a curbside pickup please call or email to arrange pickup before attempting to pick up your order.
Shipping (Continental US Only)
- We’re a small studio with only a little retail space and a focus on our local community. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to ship outside the Continental US at this time.
- Orders are shipped typically once a week. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with any tracking numbers that have been provided.
- Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the order. To be eligible for a refund item must be unworn/unused and in original condition. At this time customers will unfortunately be responsible for any return shipping unless otherwise noted by customer service.
