Shipping Policy
In-Store Pick-Up (Preferred)
- An email will be sent when your order has been fulfilled (usually within 1-3 business days). Please bring your confirmation email when picking up your order. If you would like to arrange for curbside pickup please call or email prior to attempting to pick up your order.
Shipping (Continental US Only)
- We’re a small studio with only a little retail space and a focus on our local community. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to ship outside the Continental US at this time.
- Orders are shipped typically once a week. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with any tracking numbers that have been provided.
- Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the order. To be eligible for a refund item must be unworn/unused and in original condition. At this time customers will unfortunately be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted by customer service.
