Another one from the Beneath the Canvas collection. This 12x12 canvas panel is a one of our favorites. Here's an excerpt from the book about it:

"Two koi fish glide in effortless harmony, their bodies intertwined in a graceful dance. Bold, expressive strokes shape the fish in warm hues of orange, gold, and crimson, standing out against soothing blues and greens. Their circular movement suggests an unbroken flow of time, while textured brushwork adds depth, infusing the water with both energy and tranquility.

The vibrant interplay between the koi and their water surroundings invites viewers into a peaceful memory, as if lingering by a pond's edge where worries drift away with each gentle swirl. The scene balances stillness and motion, immersing the audience in nature's quiet choreography.

As I painted the koi, I reflected on life's cycles-the way they unfold fluidly yet with intention. Each mark became a meditation on finding beauty in movement and balance, even in the smallest details."

    In-Store Pick-Up (Preferred)

    • An email will be sent when your order has been fulfilled (usually within 1-3 business days). Please bring your confirmation email when picking up your order. If you would like to do a curbside pickup please call or email to arrange pickup before attempting to pick up your order.

    Shipping (Continental US Only)

    • We’re a small studio with only a little retail space and a focus on our local community. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to ship outside the Continental US at this time.
    • Orders are shipped typically once a week. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with any tracking numbers that have been provided.
    • Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Returns

    • We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the order. To be eligible for a refund item must be unworn/unused and in original condition. At this time customers will unfortunately be responsible for any return shipping unless otherwise noted by customer service.
