I moved to Tennessee from Louisiana over 25 years ago. I consider myself blessed to have two places I call home! I’m beyond blessed with a husband that has supported all my wild dreams over the years (even picks up junk off the side of the road for me) and with his help this dream has become a reality!! I thank God every day for giving me three children and eight grandchildren, who are the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. As for my work, I had a great career as a transcriptionist, but longed to have a job I actually LOVED. One day I started making art with old and discarded items and knew I had found my passion! I spent the next several years developing my craft and laying the groundwork for my business, and “Flutterby Creations” was born! My vision is to transform the old, discarded and broken into something new and beautiful. I love variety; creating everything from contemporary to the odd and abstract. I also love to create what I call “soul art,” by using sentimental items that you provide. My vision is to create a unique piece of artwork to help your soul take a journey down memory lane.
