Meet A.C.

For the month of April, Trellis & Vine is proud to showcase the work of Local Artist A.C. Yancy of YancyArtStudio. He will be showcasing some beautifully detailed pen and ink work. You can come see and/or purchase his work in person anytime during the month of April at our gallery at 27 S Lowry St in Smyrna TN. You could also meet him in person on April 19th from 6:30-8:30 pm. We'll let A.C. tell you more about himself.

"I am A.C., and I believe that art is the embodiment of freedom. While some may view it as a mere pastime, to me, it is a boundless expression of the human experience. As a freelance artist, I have discovered the limitless potential of creativity, crafting worlds that are as vivid and dynamic as the one we inhabit. My Journey has been one of constant adaptation, transforming personal experiences into a wellspring of inspiration. By harnessing the power of my imagination, I am able to breathe life into the narratives of storytellers, translating words and ideas into visual form.

My work is a testament to the power of individual interpretation. Each piece invites the viewer to engage with their own thoughts and emotions, sparking a dialogue between mind and body. While my current focus lies in the realm of conceptual design and storyboarding, I am grateful for the opportunity to share a glimpse of my artistic journey with you. The pieces you will encounter at YancyArtStudio may not always convey a specific message, but they each hold a unique story waiting to be discovered.
