Hello! My name is Ida Mae Couch and I love to sew and create bespoke garments and accessories. I
began sewing when I was a young girl, partly because I had a hard time finding clothes that fit my short
stature, but also because I liked wearing original, unique garments.
My shop at Trellis and Vine is called Ida Mae’s Hand-Me-Downs. You will find one-of-a-kind items made
by me. Many have never been worn while others have been worn only a few times. Since I am a small
petite, most of my clothes will be that size. However, you may also find items that have been upcycled
and there may be other sizes available. You may also find accessories that “call your name.” So, I hope
you’ll come by Trellis and Vine to see what catches your eye.
