Hello Art Lovers!
My name is Shirley Ann Edwards Vandergriff and I am, shall we say, over 60 years old. I am a mixed-media artist as well as having an unusual obsession of repairing broken items.
My love for art began as a child when I carried a tattered sketchbook with me 24/7 looking for interesting buildings to sketch. My granddaughter ‘followed in her mother’s and my footsteps’ and is the third generation of artists in our family. We are all active in the art community, most recently being vendors in craft fairs.
I have always enjoyed ‘coloring outside the lines’ and there are those that may consider my work a bit different than a traditional artist’s work.
My love of the arts has increased with age and I am thrilled to now be a part of Trellis & Vine.
